All we know about you is what you present in your verbal and nonverbal communication. Conflict is often perceived as inherently problematic. However, learning to utilize constructive conflict techniques in both personal and professional situations can be a game-changer. Let me help you create a path toward growth and positive engagement through learning how to transform dysfunctional conflict into constructive, functional discussion. I provide practical tools to turn negative situations into opportunities for better mutual understanding and stronger relationships.

Emotional Intelligence

In order to be successful, life requires us to have highly developed Emotional Intelligence, the ability to understand ourselves and others. However, it is rare that we have the opportunity to work intentionally on our self-awareness, listening, empathy, and interpersonal skills in a safe, empowering environment. I work with each person toward their unique communication goals, adding practical skills and techniques to their personal toolboxes.

Workshops & Webinars

Do you work on communication development for your employees? I tailor individualized courses in various aspects of Emotional Intelligence, to meet the needs and goals of your team. These interactive classes can be held in person or online, and range from a single session to a weekend or week-long retreat. They can also be a series of sessions over time. Some possible topics include include:

  • Mindful Listening: Learning to actively listen and respond to our teammates in the most effective and appropriate manner.

  • Giving & Receiving Effective Feedback: Learning to seek and give actionable feedback toward growth.

Faciliation of Retreats & Intensives

Does your company have retreats and/or conferences? Let me facilitate your retreat or conference in order to focus throughout the event on building Emotional Intelligence in different contexts. Organizations and teams of all sizes benefit when communication plays a key role in their efforts to build trust, community, and skills.
